What is the minimum order ?
For all custom orders, the minimum quatity is 20 cookies with a minimum of 4 cookies per design.
How much does your custom cookie cost?
The prices of our cookies vary depending on the level of details per cookie.

How much notice is required to place a custom order ?
We recommend that you place your order at least 3 - 4 weeks in advanced. This allows enough time to source any additional products that may be required.
If you need a rush order, please submit a custom order form and we will try our best to accommodate base on availability.
How long does it take to dispatch/pick up online orders
All cookies are baked and decorated to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be ready for pick up or for orders to be posted.
What flavour and ingredients are your cookies ?
All our cookies are vanilla bean sugar cookies. Our cookies contain flour, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla bean extract with seeds, fondant and food colouring.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan alternatives?
Unfortunately, we do not offer alternatives at this stage.
How long does your cookies last ?
All cookies are individually heat sealed and will remain fresh for up to 6-8 weeks if kept in their original packaging. Once opened, they will need to be consumed within 24 – 72 hours to ensure they taste delicious!
How do I store my cookies ?
To ensure your cookies stay fresh, keep them in their heat sealed bags until they are ready to be consumed. Cookies should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Do not store in the fridge.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes absolutely! Pick up can be arranged from Carnegie 3163 Victoria.
